Went in Swanage coop for something to eat aboard the Swanage railway, but ginsters slices was £2.75 can get one at home bargains for £1 & it's not worth that, ginsters pies are not as good as they were in the 1980s & a lot smaller, pack of 4 Cadbury ice lollies were a fiver thats ice-cream van prices, this is a large coop not a small local one, so wouldn't purchase anything at those sort of prices, even if I had a hundred pounds!!! In the bank I wouldn't, if no one went in coop they would soon bring the prices down, they charge what they can get away with

Got most things that you need if you are self catering ,a bit pricey but worth it as what you need in 1 place car parking as well.

Very expensive and poorly stocked.

Always has what I need, self service makes it a speedy checkout. No issues.

Worst coop imaginable. No stock even though it isn?t peak season. Charging per item rather than per weight making it more expensive.

Excellent delivery service, I use the Co-op most weeks as I am unable to get out without help. Steve always carries my order up to the first floor, which is very helpful when mobility isn't good. THANK YOU to everyone concerned. Helen Salter.

AWFULL, Sullen staff, manager Simon Lightburn is very unhelpful!! They advertise offers before they?ve began (to overcharge the customer) !!! Found 2 outta date items !!! The self service till wouldn?t give me a receipt so didn?t know if I had been charged right !!! (they explained the till roll needs changing)
Don?t shop here !!!!!

Visted the area on holiday, we dont have a local co-op (thank god) It's like walking into future distopia ghetto sloop dispenser unit, trash covered carpark, which you have to pay to use, you get a refund if you spend more than £10.
Everything is locked up in little cases and you have to ask staff to unlock which was difficult as they were all stood about chatting to each other so they lost out on some sales from us including alcohol, as you had to ring a door bell that's attacted to the glass cupboard to ask them to take one out for you, but looked like it had been stolen or lost, so we couldn't get any.
We only needed a few bits for a couple of meals and breakfasts.
First, we had fresh chicken breast and own brand korma sauce, which wasn't too bad. But we made the mistake of having their fresh pork and beef meat balls, which were absolutely vile, they have a horrible cheap sausage taste, and a lot of fat came off them as they were cooking. We had these in their own brand herb and tomatoe sauce, the most blandest sauce I've ever tried, probably hasn't changed the recipe since the 1970s. The garlic baguette went straight out of the oven and into the bin.
Awful place, and I will not be visiting again.

Probably the worst stocked and poorly run Co-op I've ever been in. For an extremely busy seaside town with high tourism it's shocking how empty this store is. Maybe the staff need some training on ordering as well as customer service, so incredibly rude and abrasive. Take care using the car park, don't use the app to pay or your parking won't be validated. I wonder how the locals cope with no major supermarket in the area and only this pathetic offering. Use the Budgens store 1 min away. Well run with great availability, choice and friendly staff. As you can imagine it gets busy being the ONLY decent supermarket here. Wow.

Refused to refund the parking as I?d used the app to pay for it ? so warning to all non-locals: you must get a paper ticket from the machine if you want your parking refunded.

Got most things we needed. A good variety but just a little expensive. If you're a COOP member, they normally send you the offers once you've done the fully weekly shop.

Terrible place expensive and everything goes out of date the next day but the co op still charges the earth for these food products.
The staff are lovely though and can?t fault them .
