Seem to always open late in the mornings, very cramped and poorly laid out interior. I've also had issues with perscriptions being filled late and not been able to collect them due to lack of pharmacists on site.

We were helped and advised by Lynn, what a lovely lady.
She was friendly and very helpful and took the time to listen to us and take us to the correct places in the shop for the goods/medicines we wanted.

Really disappointed. My 86 year old grandad was left for 45mins today when he just wanted to pick up a small prescription. He was left with an excuse of ?the pharmacist is taking in a big order and there?s no one else to help you?. In the time they said that, they could have picked up the prescription and my grandad would have been able to get home within a few minutes. It?s really unacceptable to make anyone wait that long for something so small, especially an elderly man. This isn?t a one off either this is constantly happening. This is not a staffing issue it?s a lack of decency from the pharmacist.Absolutely avoid!!!

Not really impressed. I get they're busy and stocks are low, but trying to suggest something else that's not suitable and could worsen symptoms just because you don't have the requested substance in stock isn't good. There's a pharmacy across the road - the professional thing would be to say no, sorry, try them.

They do their best so busy and pharmacy is to small for the work they need to do..so waiting times are long..and communication not good.
