“Absolutely wonderful experience.You know a team is caring and incredible when they treat you well even though you're late, you have an infant baby and in receipt of NHS help so won't be spending any money, and they treat you like you're as important as someone who is there to spend hundreds and would be far easier to deal with.My baby got fussy and the ladies on the desk helped by cuddling her, which was incredibly kind.The optician was kind, understanding, very professional and knowledgeable.My glasses were ready very very quickly and am very very happy and will recommend this store to anyone in the area.
