The staff are always really helpful and work so hard! My prescription is always processed in a timely manner and any acute prescriptions I?ve had I?ve never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. A really good team and they deserve to be appreciated.

Absolutely terrible. No stock always having to wait for the prescription to be completed no matter how long its been waiting for. Staff polite but always having to go elsewhere for the medicine. Literally can't wait to move away from them.

My prescriptions are never ready when I arrive, so I left it a whole week before turning up for my current order. On arrival, not only was one of the items on my prescription not ready but I was told that I'd have to return once it had been ordered.. They'd had a whole week already to do so. I live in a rural area and it's not an easy journey coming to the pharmacy. I decided to wait while they prepared the item on the prescription that was available, only to admit defeat after 15 minutes and to ask for my prescription to be returned as progress hadn't been made. This is a reactive and incompetent service. The staff seem to feel it's aceptable to only process prescriptions when people turn up and ask for them and then make up excuses for the lag. I've heard the same excuses so many times now!!!

When to collect a prescription on a Saturday, arrived at 2.15pm having checked on-line the closing time. (4.00pm), arrived and it was closed, it even stated on their front door that the closing time was 4.00pm. I had only gone Saturday as they couldn't find my prescription on Thursday!!!!! Helpful staff but organised chaos!

Normally such good experience. It's a shame how a member of staff can change a good experience to a poor one. But I suppose its not her fault. We are the standards we walk by.

They never EVER answer the phone but will cut you off if you hang on long enough.However, to be fair the staff are always helpful and polite and they seem to be very busy and understaffed

Sadly like the other people I to had such a awful experience with this particular pharmacy. Went in tonight to collect prescription I phoned Friday and said I would try and get there over the weekend the woman on the phone said thats fine it runs out on the 1st went in tonight to collect and got told it was already taken apart as it was expired I was fuming I explained to the lady I was told the 1st and she said no sorry it was the 31st which was today . Then another young girl chirped up and started getting all defensive and slightly aggressive saying that was me on the phone and I know for a fact I said the 31st I would not have told you the wrong information I literally wanted to scream at her the awful little brat .. the woman that was serving me said its fine we can reorder it and tell your gp what happened I left!!! Awful people awful service and you can hardly ever get though because they never answer the phone !!

Rude!!! Totally not helpful. Told to get different meds because they can?t get it. Phone call was awful. Perhaps you guys should sit on the other side of the fence. I appreciate your job is difficult but if your not a people person. Don?t deal with the public. Anyway, I?ve taken Chloe?s advice and contacted the doctor, while wasting a phone appointment. So went to collect a prescription I'd had a text saying was ready, it wasnt, not only that, they didnt have all the items in stock, not good if you're not supposed to suddenly stop taking a particular medication. Sadly this isnt the first time, on many occasions items are missing from my prescription, Different staff in there nearly every time I visit, so I guess Boots head office isnt prepared to staff this pharmacy properly.
