Prescription was approved by GP on the 25th and sent to this pharmacy, asked them 2 days ago and they denied having it at all. Got told by a different wells pharmacy today that the sherborne one definitely has it. Went back was told "come back in the afternoon" I went back and was told it still isn't ready and to come back in the morning.I cannot go without my prescription for this long!!!Prescription not ready after 8 days and denied having it in the first place?Last time I will be using this pharmacy.

Sorry if the staff are having a tough time and the shop is undermanned but please can you answer your phone or at least take a message on a machine?

asked for advice from pharmacist today. Totally disinterested and more of less brushed me off. He didn't seem to care at all. So cross, as up til now had excellent service from Wells Pharmacist. I hope he only works there on a Wednesday only, so we can all avoid this day! Am tempted never to visit the pharmacy again.

Polite and friendly staff with a good range of products available. But in today's world, why aren't they open on a Saturday afternoon? That's dark ages practice.
