I always have a great experience at Pure Hair. I've been looked after by Mia for some time now and I always have a lovely chat, and great cut! She provides such a wonderful personal experience every time. After a while I even branched out and had colouring done, which has been a fun and new experience for me. The staff are all really lovely, professional, welcoming and their fees are extremely reasonable! Pure Hair for the win!*spelling mistake edited! Oopsie

Best colouring I have ever had done, also trusted them to completely restyle my hair & am ecstatic with the results. The ladies make you feel at ease & explain all the options you have with your hair to suit your needs. Bad. I Never go get my hair done properly decided to go whole hog wash, cut dry and straightened.. the wash was great had a nice massage made me feel comfortable so great start, then my hair cut was awful took way to much off the front i nearly cried, i have long long hair and half the front is now missing, the girl was 19 and the manager had to "blend" the problem as good as she could by taking more off.. i felt very let down. Felt a bit bad because i went in willing to spend alot of money and have a decent job and excited for the experience but they did let me go without having to pay..
