Very bad language being used last time I visited by the staff. Also after watching The Post office documentary. I will never step in a PO again. They are a disgrace to the UK public and should be ashamed

WENT TO YEOVIL POST OFFICE DONE IN 2 MINUTES. I GET NOBODY KNOWS EVERYTHING BUT THE SO CALLED MANAGER NEEDS TO LEARN SOME MANNERS SHOUTING OUT TO ANOTHER GIRL I HATE IT WENT CUSTOMERS TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB . I WAS CLEARLY JUST SAYING IT CAN BE DONE , SHE HAS NOT GOT A CLUE NEEDS TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS. WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT TO BUY A STAMP .

A 20-minute wait to find out the shop isn?t currently doing Amazon returns. I understand this is out of the shop?s hands, but there should have been some notification to waiting customers to avoid the pointless wait. Also, there was no information on when the issue might be solved by. Very frustrating.

New ownership is wonderful, so previous reviews should be taken with a (hefty) pinch of salt. New team are turning the place around at record speed. Queues are gone, some great things to buy going in, and some real community spirit reinstated. Couldn't be happier with the new owners and am so grateful they have come to our town. The enthusiasm and determination they have to make it a great Post Office branch is inspiring.

I absolutely love the difference in this post office!!It?s light, airy and full of nice little gifty bits that I?ve already got my eye on for some Christmas presents!!It?s so lovely to see a bunch of smiley girls behind the counters that, although they?re new are doing an excellent job!!This new postmaster is ticking all of the boxes and just the breath of fresh air we need!

I come in regularly to withdraw money from my bank and it so easy. In and out within minutes and it?s free as well, so much better than being charged!! There has been so much positive change recently and everyone in there is so friendly. thanks post office Sherbs

A new owner has made huge strides transforming the Post Office. The sales area is clean and sticking new products. Two counters were open and service was with a smile.

If I could choose 0 stars from my experience then I would...All I simply needed to do was tax my vehicle and also send off to change the tax class which I could only do at the post office. The young guy on the desk had been working there only 1 month on his own & had no idea how to do it & no one else to ask for guidance. Due to him being a novice, personally I do not blame him but you could tell he was well out his depth.I will not be using this post office again.

Extraordinary that at 1pm there is a curt notice on the door saying closed for lunch until 2.20. Succession of exasperated would be customers coming up and expressing their dismay. What has happened to Royal Mail?
