Shane knows this area so well. He gave me great advice about what price to pitch my property at for maximum response and it was under offer within a month. We had a bumpy ride with PPL Conveyancing but Shane and his team were always prepared to take the heat when I was losing my cool and we got there in the end!

They managed to sell our house twice very quickly, unfortunately the first buyer pulled out at the last minute through no fault of Connells, but we returned it with them and very quickly had another sale with them and now we are awaiting completion. Overall we were very happy with Connells of Sherborne and would gladly recommend them.

I received a very professional and courteous service from this estate agent in conducting a recent confidential valuation of my house. The agent who visited my house to conduct this was well informed about local market conditions and was able to provide me with a realistic valuation taking account of house prices in my local area.

What a professional agent. Sarah gave us absolutely brilliant service and if i were selling in the area would not hesitate to market my property through her.Sarah also gave her clients a first class service, promoting their properties every detail and is a great representative for Connells for sure.Sarah was knowledgable in every aspect relating to both property viewings and was informative, answering questions about the current market situation. This was so helpful to us as we are just starting to look at moving into the area . Danielle is great. However we did feel communication is poor at times. Very little interest in the property after all the hype when we listed with them, we can now see this was a 'ploy' to probably just be on their books and make them look good. We feel they have totally lost interest in our property. They showed some people around that were not even in a position to buy, so this was a total waste of everyones time. The IAMSOLD is a total waste of time too the communication with them is terrible. If you are going to charge such high fees you need to provide the service to match. The branch manager at connells is very arrogant and was incredibly unprofessional when talking to my sister and slating another estate agent. We are now listing with another agent.
