Terrible service. I paid over £900 for a front bridge which was fitted incorrectly. Its was only bonded one side. I went back and was told to wait until it falls out as they did not want to take it out and re fit it. I had discomfort for months. When it did finally fall out i was made to pay for it to be re bonded.

Presumably BUPA want to be out of NHS treatment - hence their contract is under review (too expensive??). So couldn't offer me a next appointment. (Staff themselves are excellent however).

Wonderful service, friendly staff. It can be frustrating getting an appointment these days, but that's hardly the fault of the people there so I can't hold it against them.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for 17 years. I joined as a very nervous patient and have been exceptionally well cared for ever since. No one likes the dentist but I have never missed an appointment since I joined this practice.

I been using this Dentist now since 2017, I found Alan McCarthy to be an excellent dentist, and Caitlin Miller a warm and caring hygienist for us nervous patients that take tothe chair. Thankyou very much to all staff too that are involved in this practice.
