Just had my eyebrows done they have been a mess for a while.But I love them now!Very friendly and easy conversation.Very clean. Will go again. Can't remember the girls name that did my brows but she was so nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I treated my 37 weeks pregnant daughter to the Lava Mumma massage and facial and I had Lucy?s signature treatment.This is the first time I have had Lucy?s signature treatment and I was blown away! Over 2 hours of complete indulgence with a bit of reflexology at the end.My daughter was thoroughly relaxed after her treatments and a great way to prepare for motherhood.Definitely recommendedOops this should be for their Salisbury Spa!

As per my previous review before it has been deleted to make sure no one sees it. I am not very happy with the service that I have received from this ?salon?. The owner seems quite petty and she obviously has nothing to do and or not enough business to run as she has plenty of time to be scrolling on her phone and deleting other peoples reviews as she sees fit. As well as track down other reviews from other businesses which have nothing to do with her, her business and the issue at hand. Instead of personally criticising people leaving reviews look at your business and see how you can improve.

I was so excited when Vita opened their Shaftesbury spa, and it was wonderful! I had a lovely session with Olivia which included a facial. Later that evening my husband told me my skin looked radiant - even better, we were talking over zoom and he didn't know I had gone for a facial! I'll definitely be going again.

Booked my mum a full body hot stone massage. She absolutely loved it! It was relaxing and most importantly to her, the bed was very comfortable.Booking was very easy and the staff were very helpful.

I visited strands which is inside hidden depths yesterday. The staff are all lovely and friendly you feel welcomed by them all. Had my restyled and dye. I felt truly pampered it was just what I needed!!
