if you have a choice, go to Lidl. tesco is more expensive, the toilets are often messy and theyre gonna struggle at Christmas with so many more self service checkouts and less tills.

Poor range, forced to use self scan most times. Self scan very slow and needs updating. Slightest amount of people and big queues build up most times i?m there

It?s no different than any other Tesco store. It?s good that they offer 2 hours free parking but since the so called improvements, the perception is a greatly reduced range of products. Products such as a good choice of bacon are now very limited as are many other things unless you want fresh produce, but I?d rather go to the independent greengrocer for that.

Typical large supermarket. Cold and fairly impersonal overall-However, the staff are typically friendly and helpful, and there is a good range of things to meet most everyday needs?I particularly rate the guy in the Tesco mobile store (back of store on the left) who really went the extra mile to help me get a suitable phone and also had to get a phone returned - pleasant, cheerful & overall impeccable customer service. :)

Needed the toilet in Tesco, ladies and disabled out of order. Has to go as suspectable to Urine infections. Explained to a nice lady that I was desperate, who in turn asked a blond behind the service desk who shrugged, She explained I was desperate she did not answer, I said I would use the gents she laughed and I challenged her attitude when I came back out, that it wasn't funny when you suffer from urine infections. She said it is when you use the gents. I was so upset and embarrassed, It was so unkind and no apology it felt horrible.

It's a fantastic place to shop, a lot of supermarkets around here look run down Tesco on the other hand is clean fully stocked up and has very friendly staff.

I overstayed the parking a bit but the Tesco staff were very unhelpful about it. I did the same with Aldi (it's easily done) but they were super-helpful. Moral: shop at Aldi, not Tesco for good and helpful service! I won't give Tesco business again - there are other options.

The car park design gives zero visibility as you leave due to stupidly placed shrubs, the gents toilet is never to a satisfactory standard, the cubicle door has been missing for an eternity, and as efficient as some of the staff may be, they need to open more tills, I?ve never seen even fifty percent open during peak hours!

Not always the best service. I find prices high, fuel higher than many surrounding fuel stations and car park of insufficient capacity. However it is convenient and easy to access.
