Had an appointment booked to open an account for my daughter. Made a special trip from Henstridge 40 min round trip and it was closed, no sign of apology, no message to my phone to save me a wasted trip. I had my 6 week old baby in a pram and was very disappointed as wasted my fuel, carparking ticket and my time. I also wasn't the only customer let down.
