“I had a text early Thursday morning on 18.11 2021 to say my PCR test kit would arrive between 12.14 and 13.14 NO SHOW ?when the first Royal Mail van arrived to deliver to my neighbour,I asked if they had my test kit and they said it would be in the next van.he could see how upset I was so he rang the other van to see if they had my test kit and they did.Then he said he would drive to them and pick it up and personally deliver it to me.I was overcome with the kindness he showed me to go above and beyond his duties.Please send him my thanks and gratitude .this was between 15.00 and 14.0 clock at 14 Coles crescent Sp78fx.he deserves recognition.yours faithfully Jessica Starr”

“What a great little shop,we found it had just closed for lunch but when we said we'd just walked from Shaftesbury the very kind man opened up and made us coffees. We then sat in the front courtyard for a welcome break before walking back. Thank you, we'll be sure to arrive earlier next time?”
