Sadly. Not very good , after witnessing how they treat the parcels first hand. Disgusting what I saw happen to a "fragile" marked parcel. Their cans n cars are that loaded up. Their weights of vehicles must be illegal .Also.. they are awful to get hold of. You can never speak to anyone.Apologies. But it had to be said.
