Sooo much choice for gifts here. A great option for present shopping, huge variety of cards too! It's nicely laid out and prices are reasonable.

I returned a light up picture frame today and I am still in disbelief of the the treatment I received. Just because you are a little family shop and not a chain doesnt mean I cant return an item that doesnt work. The two old gals were defensive and went to get another. After saying I dont want another they said you must of not liked the gift. I corrected them and I said i did, but i would like a refund as i didn't like the service or none checking of battery operating items before selling. They said they couldn't return an item without the manager here. I think being 40 years their junior they were shocked to know i knew about the consumer rights act on faulty items and they knew nothing. Please send your staff on a training course. They were adamant I wouldn't be returning this item for a refund even though it was broke. I didn't even get an apology, either pay your staff more per hour and get some pleasant and knowledgeable or shut this shop. Awful experience!

Cute little gift shop - reasonably price and well stocked, but like every shop in Shaftesbury high street, it all smells a bit ... well ... musty! (like my great auntie Olive's sweetshop in the 70's!)
