Rude manageress....no thanks...no smile...and when answering to any questions I had.....she was very abrupt and rude. Plus the loo was disgusting. water on floor. no loo roll and the bin flowing over from being full. Yuk. Id be ashamed to work here...and certainly wont be returning. Just came in with my family,, served by a lovely barista managing to keep up his great customer service whilst being the only person working !! Thank you for putting us all in a lovely mood ??

We popped in for a coffee while we were visiting this lovely town. We would normally visit a local coffee shop rather than a big chain but we had some gift vouchers to use so visited this Costa.
