Phoned first thing Monday morning for an emergency appointment, was sat in the waiting room 15 mins later after explaining my symptoms which they recognised as needed urgent attention. I would like to mention Maria who answered the phone with perfect professionalism and took the time to listen to my worries. I was booked in with Louis Who acted with compassion and understanding as well as the great assistant whose name I didn't catch. Thank you. Would highly recommend .

I would highly recommend the team at BUPA Dental Care in Shaftesbury.The dentist team of Louis and Lucy and the hygienist team of Sat, Heidi and Anna as well as Sophia on reception are all very friendly and professional and make a visit to the dentist almost a pleasure!

I have always received first class treatment at Bupa Shaftesbury, but today Maria, Eleanor and Lois surpassed that!!Having chipped a tooth and lost part of a filling, despite being very busy, within minutes of my entering to try to book an urgent important as I am going away next week - they very kindly had me in the chair and the repair job being done, all with their usual good grace and kindness. Many thanks to all!

I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I?m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

I had the need for an emergency dentist on November 24th due to needing a filling which had come out( chewing a toffee!) and my dentist is near Reading.My call was answered by a very friendly receptionist called Sophie.. she was very helpful and offered me an appointment the next day with Louis, who was very kind and professional.I will now consider moving to this practice as a patient.Thank you to the team.

I went to Shaftesbury Bupa as a nervous patient, but felt instantly at ease as soon as I walked in. Everyone was smiley, happy and chatty. My overall experience was great and I must say, I highly recommended Bethan and Eleanor!

Can?t fault anything about Bupa Dental Care Shaftesbury and would give more stars if I could. The team managed to fit me in TWICE for same day emergency appointments 2 days apart and were so lovely and understanding. Couldn?t recommend more and will be switching from my usual dentist to here. Amazing team. Thank you so much.
