My 80 year old mum had appointment for flu jab. When she arrived by bus as doesn't drive she was told not going to be seen even though appointment was written by assistant She was asked to show proof and my mum informed lady that it was at home . She was then told she couldn't be squeezed in and my mum replied I have an appointment. She was refused and had to then go home by bus . Appointment was found at home and as I dont live close I asked her to take photo. . I am utterly disgusted by this behaviour. Boots portrays as caring but this was not .

Refused my grandmother her flu jab.My grand mother can?t get around easy and a bus journey is a lot for her, she travelled very far and was refused her jab because she didn?t have ?a bit of paper? discussing

The better boots I've been in bought some stuff in warminster boots got most of the shopping I asked for wrong so went to Shaftesbury boots changed it no problem

Always very busy pharmacy, today computer down so no prescriptions available. No back up...that's not great is it.

Fantastic staff but the building is falling apart, leaks everywhere.

Some staff really polite and helpful, others less so. But standing waiting for 50 minutes for a prescription that should have been ready and ordered a week before only to be told they hadn?t even printed it off yet. A week later and we are still waiting. Not answering the phone, long queues in store.

The staff were very good.The computers seemed very slow.Even the elderly had to queue for 35mins b4 asking for their prescription.Then, more waiting before the prescription was ready.

Whilst mostly it's well stocked, it generally looks 'unloved'! The look of the store thru the windows isn't helped by the piled up empty crates!
