What a breath of fresh air! We have recently moved to Boatwrights from another poor local Estate Agent who doesn?t manage rental properties locally. Well what can we say, firstly a huge thank you to Sammi and Emma in the Lettings Team. You have both restored our faith and trust in the Letting Sector and you have both made property management of our rental property significantly less stressful for us as you actually manage our property. A landlords dream!Sammi and Emma?s professionalism and knowledge is second to none, always responding to any of our requests in a timely manner and always keeps us updated at every opportunity. Sammi and her team at Boatwrights Shaftesbury made the renting of our late father's property completely seamless with the minimum of fuss. I've had poor experiences when using other local agents previously, so I'm pleased we chose Boatwrights to sell my late mother's home as they have been outstanding from the outset. Throughout the whole process Dan, Matthew and the team have been highly professional, organised, and helpful. We were motivated to sell in good time and despite difficult market conditions they found us a buyer very quickly. We were kept updated throughout the sale process which was fast to reach completion. I was also impressed with how Boatwrights marketed the property and the quality of photographs used, they understand the importance of small details.I highly recommend this company and if selling or buying again in the area in future Boatwrights will definitely be my first choice.

Absolutely fantastic. The best estate agents I've ever dealt with. I'm so happy with my property and the tremendous service from Boatwrights. I enquired about the property the first day it came on the market, had a viewing the next day and had everything sorted the next week following the weekend viewing. Emma was an absolute delight and a credit to Boatwrights. Emma was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient and on-the-ball. Excellent communication and keeping me informed on the progress. Brilliant service looking after our property and as a first timer at the renting game it?s great to know if something goes wrong it is promptly sorted. The annual checks (including photographs) puts your mind at rest that your property is being looked after. If you are looking for agents to look after your rental property I would thoroughly recommend.
