Little atmosphere but that is to be expected due to its location . Had a ham and cheese toastie which was mediocre at best , two drinks a toastie and a piece of chocolate cake over £20 .????
Wouldn?t take cash which was odd but not a real issue I guess these days
Despite being quiet there were plenty of staff however the toilets were grubby and clearly had not been cleaned at all that day
Overall review - over priced and ,poor quality , not a great experience overall.
Not worth a visit and won?t go back

Just been to the drive through at St Leonard?s and ordered 3 large drinks , not exactly a difficult order and the attitude of the sales person was appalling. Rolling her eyes and huffing. I really feel that if you don?t like dealing with polite members of the public you may be better off in a non people facing role.

All the websites state this store opens at 7 but it doesn?t!
Despite staff being on site you can only order through drive through.
Store was empty, no one in drive thru but still refused to open the store and serve anyone.
What a joke!

Dropped in for a coffee at Starbucks on my way to Ferndown. Its location is not ideal.
It appears to be more of a "drive-through" because the indoor seating area was relatively empty. Its perfect for someone wanting to focus on catching up their emails over their morning coffee.
The spacious seating area was spotlessly clean & tidy. While the decor was modern, simplistic & neat, something is needed to entice people to stop there for a coffee.
Ambience was lacking because so many tables were empty.
Perhaps soft instrumental background music, a few plants & interesting pictures of the attractions & New Forest scenery would make a difference.
The young gentleman who served me was helpful & polite with excellent customer service skills.
The coffee was good but it's expensive as it is at most places.

Sitting here having lunch, coffee, roll and sweet treats( all fairly good quality but damed expensive). Seems the three girls are more interested in their conversation than to clear up tables. Not only that, the place is filthy, walls need cleaning, the tables need wiping and the flies, they're onto a good thing, lots of.

The staff will ignore you because they're too busy with drive through customers. Quite amazing really that three members of staff couldn't even acknowledge me while I was at the counter, even if they were busy.
Despite this, I spent 2 hours here doing some work and meeting a client. I was quite shocked to find out that you only get 90 minutes in the car park before you get a £100 fine. I won't be coming back because of this, which is a shame because the interior is quite nice and spacious.

A couple of nights ago the coffee machines were unexpectedly out of service at 1945 hours. Great customer service from Milo who was open and honest about what was happening, and offered me vouchers for drinks as compensation. Tonight Milo remembered me advising that all coffee machines were available. I felt valued as a customer, and wanted to share my great customer experience.
