Excellent drysuit (90-90) and great service. Small issue with new suit was dealt with honestly and quickly. Drysuit itself is a joy to dive in compared to my previous one from another brand.

Returned my Ri200 for new neck and wrist seals, braces and on their recommendation a new zip. The workmanship from their aquatic technicians is outstanding. The suit is 17 years old and is a testament to the quality of their products. The only slight issue I have is that in replacing the zip they chose to essentially replace the back panel incorporating the shoulders-no doubt to anchor the new zip soundly. This has resulted in just the front chest panel, forearms and inseams remaining in the original blue livery which has weathered considerably over the years. It?s certainly now, distinctive and recognisable- not a bad thing when underwater, however I would have appreciated/ expected a call giving me the option to have these areas refitted in the new material for continuity and a uniformed look. The suit also underwent a service prior to the repairs being undertaken. Had I received a call it would have been a very marginal decision as to whether to carry out the repairs or opt for a new suit. Notwithstanding the above here?s to another 700, dives!

Service is absolutely second-to-none! I purchased my 90/90 around a year ago and have been completely happy with it for a years diving both home and abroad - that happy that my wife has just purchased her own having qualified recently. Service has been mega from my first email, to fitting, and still is now when I am getting my suit serviced after around 70 dives. Everything has been easy from silly initial questions to advice on potential modifications I have considered around my new love for sidemountng. Huge shout out to Tom (H) who has been an amazing help throughout in every area for both of us - nothing is too difficult or too small. If you need a top-quality drysuit with top-level service, look no further and give them a call/mail. Thanks Tom and thanks O'Three!

Very helpful, great customer service.\\n\\nIf you have an issue with a dry suit, ask them.\\n\\nThe only problem is that they?re so good, there?s a longer delay for a new suit than an impatient diver wants to wait.

Marvellous place really helpful, talked us through what we wanted of our suits,and what thickness would be best. Measurements were taken quickly and thoroughly. Most reasonable prices also.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Othree. After 2 other well known dry suit builders failed to produce anything that I could dive in\\n(including one \\\"up north\\\" who thought they were making one of those gliding suits worn by skydivers. I let them have a scond go and it was worse than the first.\\nOThree made a perfectly fitting dry suit the first time around and I have had many very happy dives in it. It came with a comprehensive instruction manual, maintainace instructions a repair kit and a proper bag to keep it in,

I was recommended 0three by a professional diver and gave them a call, from that moment everything was so easy. They really are the best in the game. Not only is my drysuit amazing but the service I received was the best. I will continue to recommend 0three to anyone who dives.

Might seem strange to give a 5-star review, when they couldn't help me ... but just had a very helpful discussion with O'Three about a wetsuit alteration ... couldn't help me at this time, but took the time to explain why and how they could in the future. Nice to talk with real people who take the time to give world class customer service.

Sent my drysuit in for servicing and to have dry gloves fitted. Exceptional communication and customer service throughout the entire process, including aftercare when I emailed a couple of questions: Tom, who (along with Beth)was my named point of contact from the start, phoned me back the very next morning to discuss. O'Three drysuits are excellent quality, supported by the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I'd give them 7 stars out of 5 if I could!
