I popped into Whiffens to see if they had a specific pair of frames that had been unavailable at other opticians. Despite the company saying the frames were out of stock, Frank managed to sort me out a pair of eco eyewear frames with the matching sunglass clip in less than a week. Fabulous opticians, fabulous team. Would absolutely recommend. Really goes above and beyond and kept me informed the whole process.

The receptionist is extremely rude. Was greeted with, ?have you got an appointment?, not good afternoon or how can I help you. When I said no she said well we can?t fit you in then. This was just the start of her rudeness which carried on over 2 days. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. This lady seriously needs to go on a customer services course.

I couldn?t recommend whitens more. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.I unfortunately scratched the lenses of my glasses and they were able to replace them straight away.Thank you!!

Absolutely top notch service. I can 100% recommend this opticians. I took one of my clients to choose a new glasses frame. Mr Whiffen selected a perfect frame for her. He was very attentive and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My client felt very valued and expressed what fabulous customer service she had received. All in all a very enjoyable experience, from start to finish. Good old fashioned service. Very many thanks indeed.

Excellent customer service and a great range of designer specs. I had lots of questions about my prescription and types of lenses, and Frank was more than happy to answer all of them and to make recommendations. Independent, local businesses with such experience and friendly, personalised service are hard to come by these days. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer at Eyes of Parkstone for a number of years.I have always had very good and professional attention. There is a wide range of interesting frames the eye test is very thorough and advice given for eye care.The friendly attention makes it a pleasure to return. I have recommended Eyes of Parkstone to my friends and relatives who have also been very happy with this service.

Poor customer service. Popped in yesterday to look for a new pair of glasses. The lady in the shop could not be bothered to get out of the chair to help me look. I have visited quite a few opticians recently and most have been very helpful, this was not the case here.

I would highly recommend Whiffen's Opticians. We had excellent service when my daughter broke her glasses. We were seen an hour later and glasses were fixed in a few minutes. They are so friendly and helpful.
