Went today and instantly had someone come over to see if I needed any help4 children with me and the guys on the warehouse floor was amazing at helping entertain them and they all left smilingWe bought what I was looking forAnd even got it delivered straight away (lucky they had a space(The guys even carried it upstairs to the room for meWe sent them back with a tub off chocolates for the whole team to share highly recommended we had 5 star treatment today and will defiantly return for future products

My Venice 6 seater dining set was delivered yesterday.We are so pleased with it - think it looks even better than the picture and was quite easy to assemble.Many thanks to the delivery man who was super helpful and bought the delivery round to the back garden for me. I contacted him as I couldn't find the cushions and he responded immediately (they were tucked under the chair) thanks so much for your help ?

A Really friendly guy, I think his name was Antony, was so helpful. We bought garden furniture, it was great that we could collect it the same day, he provided great customer service with a fun sense of humour. I highly recommend this place for value for money.

Typical salesman types, don?t give you half the story. Elderly parents ordered an outdoor dining/seat set, could deliver next day, but failed to mention (I was there) the delivery people would just dump these MASSIVE boxes in the street as won?t take them to garden as quote ?will get charged if they damage it? (obviously cash in hand drivers with no insurance) heads up would have been helpful, luckily we were there that weekend to help or my 80 year old father would have been screwed!

Great staff. Service was excellent, Jon came over to us and assisted us in what furniture suits our needs the best. Offered delivery within a week, and for free. Very kind and friendly. Good prices, lots of items on sale. The building is large, with garden furniture to beds and kitchen tables. Good quality. Overall great experience.I recommend if you want to measure furniture, download the google Measure app (or any measuring app on the Play store) to your phone so that you can measure things without a physical tape measure.

Sales person was superb, didn't rush or pressurise us. We bought some outdoor furniture, got it delivered the next day! Unfortunately upon delivery one of the chairs had a dent in it. A mark of a good company is how they resolve it and pleased to say nothing was an issue and replaced within a week. As for the furniture, we love it. Great quality at a great price. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Great place to see the garden furniture actually set up to see the size and quality - better than on-line. Large selection and very helpful staff. Very impressed it was delivered within 2 days.
