Such rude staff, we went to collect an order and when we walked in no one acknowledged us for 15 minutes, when one server welas finished with their customer he walked past and deliberately looked the other way. We were then told by the other gentleman Andrea would be back shortly. Another customer walked in and the guy went straight to him and sat him down! I understand that he may have had an appointment but surely best customer service would have been to at-least ask why we were there and then spoke to us rather than deliberately ignoring us. Especially when we have spent so much money with Vodafone.

I went in to get a new phone contract, transferring from another provider. Carl was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and got me a contract that suited what I need. The service was very efficient and I would happily go back. Thank you to the vodaphone team!
