Very professional & super care from the whole team. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend. Roger has been tending to my contact lens eye health for many years; a leader in his field, very knowledgeable, professional and caring. The optician and dispensing and management staff are similarly excellent and friendly. They work well as a team.

The welcome that I was given was good. I was satisfied with the waiting time. My appointment was with Ian. He was professional, polite and I felt at ease. I was disappointed with the range of frames available and was unable to find anything suitable. Therefore, I had to approach another company to arrange for my prescription to be converted into the glasses required.

I visited this Vision Express branch twice, hoping the second experience would be better than the first ? unfortunately, it wasn?t. While I?m happy to say the prescription itself was accurate and spot on, the overall service left a lot to be desired. On both occasions, I was served by Amina and both times the experience was disappointing. She came across as disinterested, slow, and generally unmotivated. There was little effort made to engage or assist in a helpful manner, and the lack of enthusiasm was hard to ignore. Customer service is just as important as the product, and in this case, it?s what let the entire experience down. Sadly, I won?t be returning to this branch again.

I have used Vision Express in Poole for years and the service is always impeccable. Lindsay and her ever helpful team are a joy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and I always leave feeling well looked after. Without doubt I can recommend them.

Excellent experience from entering the shop until I left. Appointment was slightly early as I arrived 20 mins early!!
No fuss, eye test was relaxed and fully explained during each stage.
