They re-opened my account after 10 years! Claimed I owed them money, kept failing to reply to my emails or ignoring the fact that I had a credit in my account when I closed it.Avoid like the plague. Not sure if they are a scam, or just have really, really bad customer service. I don't know how I could not hear a peep from them for over 10 years, then all of a sudden I owe them money.

This company is simply not good and is the most disorganised and unreliable mail service I have come across.I've paid for nearly one year of business use of a company address, yet they never stop locking the mail. From one day to the next, they appear to have no clue what they are doing. And the top-ups seem to magically vanish into thin air and don't reflect the charges. In fact, I discovered that it was far more expensive to use UK Postbox than to simply hire MBEtc for a flat fee. UK Postbox sneaks constant charges onto you while the service and reliability is appalling.The UK Postbox is very expensive to use, with all of the hidden charges and constant emptying of any top-up you add, which never reflects charges and is completely unreliable, disorganized, and not at all punctual. Forwarding post?some of it has arrived three weeks late.I would not recommend.

Unresponsive or very delayed.Confusing responses, asking for documents they don?t need.Customer service people don?t know what they?re doing.Slow to forward mail if they do at all.Frustrating.

DO NOT USE!Absolute rip-off. They are not prompt to send your mail back to you at all. You will constantly be topping up your balance with £15.00 here and £15.00 there. I shudder to think the amount I have spent on this business when their service is so unreliable.

Terrible service. They lost nearly all my mail even letters sent by signed for post. They had two customers with the same name and i got that persons post and none of my lost letters were ever found. A incompetent service and no refund of my fees when i closed the account eitherThey have since refunded pro rate costs which is a recognition of responding ro my complaint

The beacon of sanity, rising above the UK's byzantine systems, that makes it possible for me move around the world and still reliably process all the paper post I still get for myself and my company. Mostly I save the scans of my post, but when I need a document or physical item they will forward that to wherever I am, and occasionally I will send them a PDF to print and post to some UK address, too. I rely on them and they can be relied upon. Wonderful.

If any one want to have a dispatch center in UK you don't need to spend anything other than just open an account with UKPOSTBOX.

Absolutely brilliant! I always get my mail no matter where I am in the world and itâ??s safe, secure and paper free!! Cannot fault and get parcels etc sent to wherever I am :-) I love coming home and not having a big pile of unopened mail!
