Was not too impressed with this travelodge, the car park is shared with Asda and parkung near to the hotel was not available, then we followed the signs to reception went through one door where there is a lift, this is not the kift you want, no you have to go through the other door to outside then go in the door on your left this leads to another 2 lifts, you then need to go to the 1st floor and through another set of doirs to get to reception. When we got to our room first thing we wanted was a cup of tea, there was a kettle and 2 odd cups, decaf coffee but no tea, back to reception, where they have a supply on the counter, grabbed some tea, sugar and milk, back to the room, continued to make the tea and found out that the milk cartons in the room were empty and had been put back in the tray empty and whoevers job it was to clean the rooms and replenish them had not noticed and left them there empty. The evening menu was very basic, my daughter plumped for a burger i chose a steak and ale pie and mash, I had prepaid at time of booking for both the evening meal and breakfast for us both. However upon ordering i had to pay an extra £1.50 as apparently the pie was a premium item, well it looked nice when it arrived but was mostly crust and gravy with little meat and not particularly tasty. Breakfast was ok but the sausages billed as Cumberland sausages were quite bready. All in all a disappointment, would inly stay there again if nothing else available

Usually stay here quite often as its close to work. However, last night I was woken up by other guests entering my room as they had obviously been double booked into my room. As a lone female this really shook me up. I get mistakes happen but it's a pretty shocking one.

Not a great experience.
I have used Travelodge countless times, but this stay was not great.
I found the room very small and the bathroom tiny.
Every other Travelodge that I have stayed in has had a Bath and spacious bathroom. This one had a very small shower cubicle and the toilet was in a corner wedged between a wall and the bathroom sink making it uncomfortable to use for the average adult.
Also the road outside was very noisy and we also had to close the window due to other guests smoking weed directly under our room.
I can't really recommend this hotel from my experience and know from my own experience that they do have better places to stay locally.

Lovely staff, not enough of them, the evening meal is run by one person who has to run the bar, reception and run food!! Extremely warm hotel, lack of fresh air. Needs some work doing on it

The internet is sooo slow it?s not existent. I hated the fact you couldn?t phone anyone. Wanted to ask if had electric car charging, had to email . It tools days for a reply and then sent me a link where I had to look it up myself. The answer was no. Not the best customer service offering!

Overall pretty good. Great value all you can eat breakfast although the veggie sausages could be better quality. One massive gripe, make sure you register your vehicle registration immediately upon arrival to ensure you are not liable for a £100 fine. The staff for some reason fail to the you this!!!!!!!!!!!!

hotel is in a great location for walking into the Poole Quay area. The hotel was clean and the staff were on the whole very friendly. The room was similiar to that at a Premier Inn but the cost was less here than the nearest PI. The parking at the hotel is free and there were always spare places. Breakfast was ok and good value but the Asda next door also does breakfast for a lesser price but it is not as good value (IMHO) as the Travelodge.
It was only a short walk into Poole Quay, I would recommend sa coffee at Riggers Restaurant which is part of the RNLI college and the food there looks good too, you pass this on the walk to Poole Quay. Overall the hotel was good value for money.

Visited a couple months back for a night away, can easily say this is the best value for money I've gotten at a hotel! Room was clean and spacious, perfect size, bathroom was sanitary and towels provided. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were some of the loveliest people, very welcoming and enjoyable to talk to, and quick to assist if you needed, going the extra mile. Location is great, overlooking one of the bays, and very easy to find on approach. Asda open till late next door, and plenty of restaurants nearby if you opt to go out for food. Quick walk to the Poole quay and town centre, and a short easy drive to Bournemouth.

It was the cheapest option in poole. Good sized room and has tv. Very well recommmended. It did get really hot at night as was 30°C the reception gave me another fan so was happy with that. was about £135 for a family room for 4
