Kris is an excellent massage therapist and explained the whole procedure throughout and kept checking in to make sure contact pressure and comfort was optimal. There was no sense of rushing and and the whole experience was a very positive one. √√ ?

My wife booked a Swedish massage for me for a birthday treat and not having had a massage before I was abit apprehensive. Went along for my massage and was explained everything before hand by the very knowledgeable Kris who was really professional, looked into what would benefit me and made the experience very calming....
