Lost my keys so went in and gave my only set - was told to come back in 10 minutes so I did and the guy had gone on break for an hour leaving me no choice but to sit and wait. Barley paid me any attention and was incredibly rude and uninterested - managed to get head office to get hold of him but left waiting for 40 minutes & his excuse was ?I forgot?

Popped in with a broken key
Nothing special no chips or programming needed just a key
After being ignored and the person after me being served before us despite us being there ring the qué he seemed to quite like the pretty blonde stood behind us.
He then said yes he could do the key and it would be £50 a discounted price from £89 as it wasn't chipped
I thought it was abit much but was in desperate need so agreed
So we waited for around 30 more minutes to be told he couldn't do it try a different timpsons they may be more skilled or have better experience ?
I'd wasted an hour on this...
So we left and went in search of someone to do the key
We did find a chao that was able to do the key in no more than 5 minutes and it was £15
So personally I would not recommend these cowboy rip off merchants

Have used a few times for key cutting. One time me and my partner did need to wait for quite a while for someone to appear after it had been open for 15 - 20 min or so. Do a good job tho and will still use - as long as there's someone there

excellent service from Roscoe at tower park tesco storehe really helped me with my fathers watch that i needed to have adjusted and batterie changed so i could were it to his funeral and his persistant searching for the correct replacement spring pin paid off thank you great service highly recommend them

Charged me £18 to replace battery in watch. I asked why it was so expensive. Was told it was some extra special battery. Watch did not work properly so I took it back asked for refund on battery which was refused but offered to mend watch for £60! I have just taken the back off the watch to find bog standard battery which I can get a pack of 10 for £4.00.

Friendly and polite staff member (Dan), but I've brought my dry cleaning to them on 2 occasions now and the first time it arrived back a week late and no one contacted me to let me know, and the second time they assured me I would get a text when it arrived back but no text arrived so, again, no one let me know it was ready to collect. On both occasions I had to call them to check whether it was ready. Not great follow-up service.
