EDIT:To the "owner" - thanks for your repsonse but perhaps you could contact me as I've tried multiple times again today to contact your store and the number is still going straight to voicemail. I can't believe I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone over the phone and still haven't managed to get through. I even tried calling the Bournemouth store - who picked up straight away by the way - but they're unable to transfer me..........................Didn't want to write this review but since I can't actually speak to anyone at the store, I feel like i have no choice!Firstly, trying to get hold of anyone at this store is almost impossible. The main store number, as shown on Google (which is a mobile number), always seems to be off. Can never get through. I also have the mobile number for a Store Manager, but can't get an answer on that either. How are your customers supposed to contact you??Taking out a new contract with Three has not been the best experience, and I've moved from EE so it doesn't fill me with a lot of hope... only regret! Was told lots of incorrect information in relation to Three offers and trade ins as part of the "sales process".On every occasion I've visited the store they've had system issues which has meant lengthy waits in store to get matters resolved.And to top off, I was supposed to be porting my number from EE which should have happened days ago but has now been delayed because the salesperson gave me a PAYG SIM to put in my phone instead of a Contract SIM!!! Sheer incompetence surely? Since I've been unable to contact anyone in store I have had to resort to contacting Three Customer Services who are now sending out a replacement SIM which is going to take a few days.Still within my cooling off period and seriously considering cancelling the whole thing and upgrading my existing EE contract as so far the whole experience with Three has been nothing but a headache.

Experience not good, had to go to Castle Point 3 store to sort out the cancellation of 2 things as Poole couldn't do it. Same thing happened 2 years ago. So after 3 visits, in 2 months to Poole Store .. i gave up. Castle Point sorted issues out straight away within 10 minutes! At Poole Store they dont even answer their instore phone after Dan saying he would if things not sorted in 24hrs after phoning to 3 abroad to sort out issues, which they clearly did not do. So this is not great, lets sort issues out in U.K in future.

Staggeringly bad service! Set up new contract (unnecessarily as it turns out) but went in to cancel next day, only for manager to refuse. Continued to refuse even when their own Customer Services told them it was a legal right. They referred him to their own complaints department! Surreal ?

Requested some consultation in this place about the 5G deals with the router.The manager "helped me" and I am happy with VOXI now.Not with Three.Additionally many Ukrainian refugees (20+ people) are connected to VOXI (Vodafone) now after my recommendation. Because the manager doesn't like his job. The manager of this place likes the "hour pay rate" and "sit on his chair with an important face".But, Three, thank you for the good router that I can buy in CeX as a second hand. It's cheaper than your contract.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I waited at the desk for 20 minutes. 2 members of staff continued to walk past me and ignore me. They were in the middle of serving other customers but I would have expected to be acknowledged and asked to take a seat while I wait. No basic customer service skills were used, e.g sorry for the wait, someone will be with me soon or hi, we will see you as soon as possible etc? I was just ignored as if I was not there.When I asked if I would be seen and should I carry on waiting, I was shrugged at and told he did not know. Absolutely the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. These 2 workers did not care for my needs and showed not one bit of interest in assisting me when they were finished. I left the shop and went over to EE where I was welcomed nicely and asked to take a seat. I was told that someone would be with me in around 15 minutes. Much better service there.

If anyone wants to experience what customer service was like in the Soviet Union, they must visit this shop.A salesperson and store manager made me feel guilty for asking questions and taking up their time. They sold me a phone that did not meet my requirements and specifications. Instead of finding a solution or processing a return for I brought back the phone in 24 hours, the store manager was dismissive and rude. The manager arrogantly told me: "We do not have a 'change of mind policy. You already took too much of our time."However, the salesperson never explained the return policy to me during the initial conversation.This store focuses on upselling and profiteering instead of building a long-lasting relationship with a customer. It takes advantage of individuals who might not be familiar with the latest technologies.I was able to get assistance through Three's corporate office, where they had no issue processing a refund.Visiting this store was one of my worst experiences in Britain, and if you can - avoid it.

Went in with a replacement sim card I received not registering on the 3 network on my dual sim Motorola E4 plus. They picked up that sim2 on the phone was 2G only and 3 sim cards need a minimum of 3G. Fantastic, out of the shop within 10 minutes. Thanks 3
