I went to the store today,as my phone was not working,a rep there told me,with just a glance that the phone was trash,put it in the bin,I asked him why,he just repeated that it was trash put it in the bin,I again asked why,hopeing for a sensible reasoned answer. he asked me to leave the shop,as I was being aggressive,I was not,I asked for a reason,he said that he did not need to give one.I went to an independent store,the gent spent a few minutes with my phone,put in a SIM from another provider,the phone worked.he said it was a problem with 3.this evening the phone,when I tried it works as well as it always has.i think that the rep from 3 was the item that should be in the bin,it was 2 30 is today,please check the CCTV,

I popped in on the sunday last week to try and sort a new contract out for my daughter. I was served by a bloke called Dabby I think his name was and I wasn't happy at all with his service. He was very unhelpful and arrogant, he also couldn't even provide me with the correct details required and gave me a customer service number to ring which I didn't understand as that should be his job? Will not be using again.

We visited the shop today and had a great experience with a Dabby ( I think it?s spelt correctly), he was very knowledgeable and understood what plan we needed and offered good advice, he helped us set up our mobile router. He used appropriate humour and was very engaging throughout!!! We were very thankful for his help and enjoyed the interaction due to his funny and engaging nature. We will be back !!!!

Worst experience ever from a phone shop. Where do I start! It was a Saturday morning and they were not busy and my salesman was David. I simply wanted to take advantage of a deal with an ipad mini with 5g of data. Sounds straightforward and should have been until David asked if I wanted to change my current airtime supplier and go onto their 40g data deal for £8 a month. I declined as im happy where I am, and made it very clear.
Signed up for the ipad deal and went on my way after agreeing to collect in store the following Tuesday as I'm in the area for sometime (home being 130miles away).
I soon received an email confirmation for the ipad mini and the 5g data .....plus the 40g sim .
Not happy I went back to the store and told I couldn't cancel the 40g sim before it was delivered but to not activate it.I rang customer services to see what could be done and once we got over the language barrier i was promised the 40g sim would not be arriving. On the Tuesday i received a message from the courier service to tell me my delivery was enroute to my home address and will arrive between 11.36 and 12.36 that day. So I had to call family and arrange for them to wait in. The delivery never happened and later in the day I found an email saying the delivery was being returned to 3 ....this was at 7.30am the same morning. I rang customer services again and was told they couldn't just cancel one item ( I didn't ask for) and had to cancel the whole order.
Thank you 3 for keeping me out of the loop at every step .

AVOID - manager actually did this believe it or not!
Can see from previous reviews this is quite common in this store wish I had seen before!
Promised a 24 month plan at a certain price to get home and get a message of a totally different plan for 36 months. Have the paper with the offer he actually gave me still!!!

The manager missold me a contract which wasn't what I asked for and gave me two to be extra shady and told me to "throw this one away" so he was definitely trying to get the numbers up.
Lied to me on the phone later on, even though the actual info of the contracts was online.
Other store member I spoke to was rude and obviously didn't love his job, understandable.
Took a week and multiple credit checks but finally everything got sorted with customer service and complaints.
A shame as previously I had a good experience here.
Avoid this place until new management turns up or just get a better deal online. This is the reason for the death of the high street.

1 of the worst company in UK / please be careful they are also scamers .
Here is my story in short / almost 3 years ago I went to the Bournemouth store and made my first contract with 3three / contract + Mobile Google pixel/ after 1 week I have changed my mind and went to the store & discussed with sells men that I want samsung ultra 22 not google pixel , he accepted to exchanged coze my Google pixel was still in pin pack package , he took my details again and gave me to sign a documents , that paper was not a contract , he told me to come back tomorrow for my new samsung ultra 22 and I have returned back Google pixel to him , in short , after 1 month I get 2 direct debit on my account , and I went to the store , they told me we don't know about this you call in customer service , ohhhh from here I started / every time I went to store they send me to call customer services and when I call customer services and spend 1 hr ? then send me to store I was feel like I am a football and they are playing with me by kicking , anyway I keep on paying / beacuse I don't want to demage my credit score , so I have paid it
69£ a month during 24 Months which is = 1,656£ ! And I have paid for nothing I mean without having device and sim card , during this a nice sells men he helped me to check my account and he told me , sells men made two contracts on your name by mistake . So who gona sort it out this mistake ?
Anyway I have paid it last direct debit and get satisfied and forget all this . Now on next month I have received the bil again ? I called in customer services and they have told me yes your contract was finished but you didn't call us to cancel the contract , if you don't call us for account cancelation then you will keep receiving bills for life time ?
So I told him ok I am on and please cancel it , and he cancel it , but he told you will have to pay this months bill then we cancel it , oh my God.....
I have cancel the direct debit and leave this payment without pay , now today I have received the e mail from 3three , they have send my file to Debt collection ? and report to my credit agencies that I have missed my payment / wow Amazing ???? and what about my 1600£ without device and sim card , where I have to go for report , what I have to do ????
Please ? don't get 3three customer . Worst company and scammers .

Further to the review by Tarryn Williams (which I can confirm as I went through it with her), I can now update that on our fourth visit to the store across 6 days, still with no communication from the store as to the status of the issue, we were finally able to collect the phone and renew our contract. We were helped by a different staff member who was very helpful and the whole process only took 20 minutes (even though we had to go through all the questions and credit checks again). We mentioned about the issues with their phone - we demonstrated by calling while in the store, with the call going straight to voicemail - and they said they would investigate. We now have a new 2 year contract at a very, very good rate, but I will not be visiting the Poole store when it comes up for renewal.

Visited here to upgrade a handset as an existing customer of many years, and now seriously considering moving networks due to so much frustration this time around.Bearing in mind we aren?t local and have to drive through around 40 minutes for every single visit.The first person to serve us had absolutely no idea how to compare and show us different deals or give us an idea of what kind of data package we would need. No conversation about what I use my phone for, storage, data, camera etc. I essentially picked out the phone and package myself in the end.Then we proceed to try and buy this phone. Almost two hours later and there are unknown system errors preventing us from purchasing it. The store has no answers as to why this is happening, or what either we or they can do to sort it out.We go away, speak to customer services who for goodness knows what reason can?t order the phone on our behalf either, but who give us some advice about what to try next.We return, we try again, another two hours wasted and still no phone due to a different issue. We?re promised it will be fixed within 24 hours and we?ll receive a phone call from the store. Until then we can?t try to buy another phone.This store has never called, nor answered their phone. We have tried probably over 20 times, straight to voicemail every time. Having heard nothing but wanting answers, we physically returned, driving once again, after 24 hours only to be told it?s still not fixed. But definitely by 9am the following day, and that they?ll call us.Guess what. No call, no answer, no solutions. Nobody can or will help us, or even communicate with us. I have no faith based on all the interactions (and lack thereof) that they even care enough to help us, and we have no idea how to resolve our issue, or now even move networks due to the account being stuck. I understand that technical issues aren?t always under the control of people working in store, but for me it?s been the complete lack of effort or initiative to fix the issue and communicate what?s happening at any stage. Meanwhile we?re stuck massively overpaying on an expired contract for an old phone with no end in sight.Thanks for wasting four days and counting of our Christmas holiday.

EDIT:To the "owner" - thanks for your repsonse but perhaps you could contact me as I've tried multiple times again today to contact your store and the number is still going straight to voicemail. I can't believe I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone over the phone and still haven't managed to get through. I even tried calling the Bournemouth store - who picked up straight away by the way - but they're unable to transfer me..........................Didn't want to write this review but since I can't actually speak to anyone at the store, I feel like i have no choice!Firstly, trying to get hold of anyone at this store is almost impossible. The main store number, as shown on Google (which is a mobile number), always seems to be off. Can never get through. I also have the mobile number for a Store Manager, but can't get an answer on that either. How are your customers supposed to contact you??Taking out a new contract with Three has not been the best experience, and I've moved from EE so it doesn't fill me with a lot of hope... only regret! Was told lots of incorrect information in relation to Three offers and trade ins as part of the "sales process".On every occasion I've visited the store they've had system issues which has meant lengthy waits in store to get matters resolved.And to top off, I was supposed to be porting my number from EE which should have happened days ago but has now been delayed because the salesperson gave me a PAYG SIM to put in my phone instead of a Contract SIM!!! Sheer incompetence surely? Since I've been unable to contact anyone in store I have had to resort to contacting Three Customer Services who are now sending out a replacement SIM which is going to take a few days.Still within my cooling off period and seriously considering cancelling the whole thing and upgrading my existing EE contract as so far the whole experience with Three has been nothing but a headache.

Experience not good, had to go to Castle Point 3 store to sort out the cancellation of 2 things as Poole couldn't do it. Same thing happened 2 years ago. So after 3 visits, in 2 months to Poole Store .. i gave up. Castle Point sorted issues out straight away within 10 minutes! At Poole Store they dont even answer their instore phone after Dan saying he would if things not sorted in 24hrs after phoning to 3 abroad to sort out issues, which they clearly did not do. So this is not great, lets sort issues out in U.K in future.
