Excellent venue.We hired the hall for a 60th birthday party, on the day i was able to access the hall early to decorate and set up.On the night the bar staff were fantasticwe had a great timeThankyou to all at the Newtown.

Lovely bar with a great atmosphere. Staff couldn't be more helpful and prices are brilliant, would recommend a membership to anyone and the hired halls are brilliant as well.Really is a 5* place!

Great place, fantastic , friendly staff and very reasonable price wise , you do need a member to sign you in or become a member yourself and there's is a sign in fee but you'll still save money

My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Newtown Conservative club on 19/08/23.The hall look absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we asked for.Fran was amazing answering any questions we had prior to the day.Her bar staff on the night were lovely and very friendly.I highly recommend the Newtown Conservative club, for any kind of gathering.Thank you so much Fran and her lovely staff.

What can we say, a fantastic team! We came to Newtown asking for urgent help seeking a reception venue, as our venue at the time had let us down 4 weeks prior to our wedding! Fran, was fantastic, kind and compassionate and helped us straight away! Her team behind the bar on the day were professional and had a great sense of humour. Our evening turned out to be beyond amazing and everything came together smoothly! The tables and chairs were laid out beautifully using the table cloths the club had provided. The communication between us as a couple, to Fran and the members of staff was spot on! Thank you once again for helping our day and evening to become special and one to remember! Highly recommended.

Looks clean just a shame being a lorry driver delivering to ryvita the next morning not allowed in as a member only bar. I understand but possibly even if it was a £1 entry would be ideal as it?s next door

Great service and great venue however told to tidy up after yourselves I think it's really lazy and poor venue management. However the bar team amazing!
