Waiting patiently whilst the one sales person was spending time with a customer & her friend. Another sales girl came out from the back and directly served the woman behind me. .. withput even asking who was next. I had been shopping all morning getting presents for my daughter and my friend and this was the last point of call...i knew exactly what i was going to buy...but completely exasperated i walked out without buying the two expensive perfumes i was going to buy. Can staff not ask whos next in these cercumstances please...

Really helpful store assistants, very approachable and helpful when needed, not pushy but gave their own advice and knew what products worked well for certain customers, would highly recommend over most other shops selling fragrances

Orders that say next day I get it was engraved so I left it longer which it took 8 days is not next day it comes very late. Not happy at all. Customer service apologies and actual shop have just no clue and make you feel like a burden.

After receiving not the best service at another perfume store in the dolphin center I came to the fragrance shop which was much more welcoming, patient and doesn?t make you feel like a pain for wanting to smell more than one thing. Ended up with a lovely bottle of aftershave for valentines. Thank you for the help and great service.

Went to collect and order, customer service was lovely, the staff looked friendly and welcoming as well as the store nice and neatly displayed!
Both of the staff were great but I was served by Remy and she was amazing!

10/10 customer service, Kimberley was super helpful finding a fragrance for me and my boyfriend. Literally found exactly the scent we were both looking for. Her and mason were very friendly and welcoming compared to the treatment we got at the perfume shop which we had previously come from. We are happy with our purchases.

In June I purchased from TFS online store a sample bottle of perfume that I know I liked simply by testing in some major dept stores. When it arrived I was shocked to find it was just in a clear atomiser rather than a genuine sample bottle from the brand. Excited to spray one of my favourite smells I was shocked to smell anything but! It was NOT the perfume that I ordered. In fact just to double check I wasn?t going mad I took it to a Boots and did a comparison as they had the perfume I wanted and the sales assistant agreed it was nothing like what it was meant to be. So with that I messaged TFS it seemed like the staff are programmed to avoid the issue. Every time I had to explain and every time I got someone different. In the end I managed to get as far as sending it back to them ?in the packaging they sent it to me in.? Two months on after endless calls and empty promises I spoke to someone who emailed me back today telling me that the return had been smashed upon arrival and sent me two very blurry images of I don?t know what. What a coincidence! The packaging was fine to send it to me in but not for returning! Still to this day I do not have a refund which is utterly disgusting. They have ripped me off with a product that wasn?t correct and now all of a sudden they can?t TEST (just in case I was lying to them) because it smashed! I?m still waiting for this to be resolved. Even the person who finally emailed me today didn?t give me any resolution, they just said it was broken in transit, that was it. Appalling service. Yes it?s only £15 but how many £15?s have they kept doing what they have done to me?!

I?d like to say a big thank you for the help I received today. I?m not the best at describing what I want but the lovely assistant helped me pick a selection of fragrances that I liked and helped me narrow it down to 2 which I bought.
Very rarely provide reviews but I really did appreciate the attention to detail and amazing customer service.
