Online EWM has disgustingly bad customer service. They Never answer emails despite saying they would within 3!!! days. A parcel due to be delivered to this shop by 15/16 th November by Evri still has not been and today is the 29th. Where is my refund??? I'm furious.

I went into this shop the other day to browse and see what they had, very simple. But as I was walking by there was a mirror so I checked myself to see if I looked suitable in such nice setting but then a staff member rudely made a comment saying I either stop or get out because the shop is not a beauty salon. So rude and was only at the mirror for a couple of seconds, will not be returning and I do not tolerate such behavior.

Gotta be honest thought this was a shop for my Mum (I'm early 50's) but was pleasantly surprised. Really good quality at reasonable prices and some very lovely clothes

Unfriendly and rude staff. Had guests with me visiting felt very humiliated to be treated like dirt the way the middle aged (older) women staff treated, talked to us and watched us as if we were going to steal. They probably take an unliking to foreign faces, even though all we do is buy their stuff.
