I can't praise the Staff enough in this store. However this afternoon just popped down and parked in the legal spot by the delivery entrance. To then return to my vehicle to be approached by the driver of the milk lorry that had just turned up to state that I could not park there. I showed him I was in a parking spot of which he still argued with me that it was for deliveries. I told him I wasn't going to argue with him. Some times that spot is coned off when a delivery is expected, however not today. I did not appreciate the way the driver spoke to me.

I have just been into yr firnside store Poole and the man who served me wouldn?t let me pay so much in cash and put the rest on my card , he said the till won?t let him do it when in fact I shop in there everyday and I always pay the ££?s in cash and put the pence on my card so I know it can b done as I do it everyday but he wasn?t having any of it and now I?ve got a pocket full of change which I hate . It was the younger big guy with glasses so he needs to b shown wot to do because he?s the only one that has told me it can?t b done when I no it can . He shouldn?t be on the till if he doesn?t know how to use it

Awful experience just now. I dropped in for a drink and an ice cream. I am waiting by the till while the person in front is paying for their shopping. I am stood there for at least 2 minutes. The person in front finishes and walks away. I step forward to be served and am told that I am not next in the queue, but the people to the left of me who have just arrived are before me. It seems I was not stood the right side of the till. I briefly looked around to find the sign telling me where to queue. Nothing to be seen. I was made to feel like I was pushing in when I wasn't! I put my shopping back and left. I won't be returning.

Hi I Macke the shopping from Tesco express from fernside road today He scanned a meat casserole for me twice, I went to talk to them but they didn't solve anything or behaved very badly with me, I asked to talk to the manager but he told me that I don't have anything until Monday So be careful they get stolen and you have no way to solve the problem
