I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Shaun, the Tesco store manager at the Fleetsbridge branch, for taking my concern seriously. All the coat hooks in the female toilet cubicles were broken, which made it difficult ? especially during winter ? to hang my outerwear and handbag while using the facilities. Although I had previously reported this issue to a staff member, no action was taken at the time.
One Saturday morning, I had the opportunity to speak directly with Shaun. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and he immediately noted the issue for the maintenance team to address. I am very grateful to Shaun and the maintenance team for resolving the problem promptly.
I would also like to thank Tallulah for her excellent customer service during a return I made on 30th May. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Additionally, I?d like to take this opportunity to thank the team members from the security, customer service, fashion department, and checkout counters at the Fleetsbridge branch. I always find the staff helpful and welcoming, and the toilets are consistently clean. My family and I truly enjoy shopping there. Thank you for consistently providing a positive shopping experience.

Excellent store. Massive 2 floors, staff really helpful and friendly.
This tescos is packed with everything you need. There are so many extras, including the cafe. George clothing. Fast checkouts, self-service checkouts.

Horrendous service, my husband and I were treated abysmally . After working for Tescos in the past and spending up to £500 every 3 weeks here due to shopping for others we used the scan and shop. At the end the handset read £492, went to pay to be told problem with our handset - fair enough - went to sort out to then exclaim oh it's OK but need to check 101 items. Started checking items to then be told we hadn't scanned 3 x kippers - explained they are different prices ranging from £1.12 to £1.49 and it was the mackerel she was looking at anyway ????. We're made to feel like thieves both of us work within the security/legal sector now "well a woman's handset stated £50 and there was over £300 in her trolley" uhmm well that would be pretty obvious and sorry but we were all ready to pay almost £500. We were moved to the end where she unpacked all items and rescanned - totally wrecking the cream cakes and battered fish - on a positive her scanning came up a fiver cheaper. So bye bye Tescos and hello Asda, Sainsburys, M & S etc etc
