Spoken to rudely by a cashier on Sat 09/08 25 at Poole, Dorset, Superdrug. It shows lack of training to handle different customers. Will not use this shop again.

Bit disappointed to find out that after my daughter had her ears pierced and I had bought her a new pair of earrings and went to change them that putting the new ones in hurt because the hole was at an angle so made it very difficult to push the new ones in

The way the staff follow you around the store.
Expecially if you have a pushchair and a baby.
Makes me so put off shopping here. Cannot stand this. Makes me feel very awkward looking at things. And walking around the shop.
Even if someone was to steal what authorities do they think that they have to stop someone?
They are a retail assistant on there £9.40 an hour job. Not the police.
Maybe focus on the people who do actually steal, not all young mums with children steal some of them have a lot more money than you xxxx

I went through a very embarrassing situation in this store today. I was testing two colors of a Revolution brand concealer when a staff member approached me. She was very rude and asked if those products I was testing were mine, stating that I was not allowed to try them. To be clear, I was testing the colors to decide which one to buy (which I actually did). I didn't see any notice indicating that it was not allowed to try those products. In situations where testing a product is not permitted, I assume the store would not leave the testers out. I left the store extremely embarrassed and felt badly treated by the staff, especially after seeing her comment on what happened to other staff members. This was a very disappointing purchase, and I will definitely not be returning to this store.

Shout-out to the lovely Ryleigh for checking on a 'buy one get one half price' deal for me (even when I said don't worry as I didn't want them to go to any trouble) and getting it sorted on the till. I appreciated the kindness and care even more than the £8 I saved on my shop!

Always staff hanging round the makeup watching everyone soon as you walk in the door. Not a nice experience to feel in the store we?re not all thieves! It?s of putting and you will loose customers who feel the same!

I visited this superdrug store today and was shocked at the outrageous and prejudice behaviour of staff! When entering the store i picked up a sun cream and opened the lid when immediately i was met by a staff member shouting ?Do not pick up products if you are not going to buy them? obviously shocked by the tone of the employee so i just said sorry went to find my friends and told them i want to leave as i feel uncomfortable.However the main reason I am writing this review is due to what happened when leaving the shop. As we were heading out i was looking for my phone in my bag when the same member of staff approached me and again started shouting and accusing me of stealing she called the manager and i said to check the CCTV as i obviously hadn?t stolen anything however she instead insisted i showed the contents of my bag (which i didn?t feel to comfortable with doing) and they found nothing. After the whole situation there was no apologies given to me and the manager stated ?fine you can go now?. I am not one to write reviews and I would completely understand if it was a misunderstanding however i feel the way staff in the store reacted and delt with the situation was completely unacceptable and may of been judged because i am under the age of 18. I hope anyone reading this review is made aware of the lack of manners and insolence of staff and is cautious before visiting the store.
