Just been in here after using it for years new staff/ manager. Always ordered same teriyaki chicken for years manager didn?t even know how to make it and had to go off menu and also wouldn?t let me choose my own salad instead put what was on the screen. Also asked not to add a sauce and they did anyway. Won?t be back anytime soon

It was a very slow process for the short order that I placed. The food was either over cooked or undercooked due to the lack of care the employees had for their jobs. Me and my wife were standing across the counter for full minutes before an employee even approached and took our order. Speaking of employees all of them were very unenthusiastic and grumpy without any sort of respect for the customer. This led me and my wife to leave before the food even finished because of the unsatisfactory atmosphere. Very low rating, and would rather go to the McDonald?s 10 minutes away.

My sister ordered a delivery tonight to Poole hospital and payed through uber eats, they refused to give it to my dad as my sister was getting tests done and the block made my dad pay a extra £20 for the order. We did not get a refund and only got the food becayse we had to pay for again even though we paid for it previously. It was my sisters last £20. Absolute joke

Thing is if this shop had more people working here that cared like agnieska it would be the best subway but every time I come here her co worker always has head phones in and really does not care always misses stuff in the sub and mixes dairy contaminants with vegan stuff and the salad not using proper care and it?s a shame because agnieska honestly makes the best subs

i been visiting this type of Subway for years with my familiy, theres been some intresting things i have seen from both the public and the workers. But the workers have been freindly i normaly get the the Usual (Breakwich and Tuna Melt) today when i got them i was served by and lovely Lady called Lauren Alfred (not sure if i got it right) shes has a nice smile while seeing a hungry person and i think shes doing great - Breakwich Guy
Parking: today about 2 or 3 (tesco shoppers)

Manager Lauren was rude and so grumpy whilst being served. Shouted at her employees right in front of the customers- wouldn?t want to work there if I was them. Proceeded to shout my order at me 3 times! I know what my order is! She?s needs to cheer up otherwise customers and staff will be gone! P.s. didn?t realise a regular portion of waffle fries meant 5 waffle fries- RIP OFF.

Manager on her private mobile while on the till, very rude and arrogant, snappy and just general not a polite manner. Forgetting fillings in the sandwhich and huffing when I asked for a napkin for the water I was cleaning up myself I would not go back to this store.

Queuing doesn't matter, because the server will pick whoever they want, even if you've been waiting for 15 minutes and the other person has just walked in.

Very slow. Just one person on. People were walking out. Got served after 20 mins, the prices seem have gone up a lot, £15 for two 6 inch subs, with little filling. Not be going back.
