Just been in here after using it for years new staff/ manager. Always ordered same teriyaki chicken for years manager didn’t even know how to make it and had to go off menu and also wouldn’t let me choose my own salad instead put what was on the screen. Also asked not to add a sauce and they did anyway. Won’t be back...

It was a very slow process for the short order that I placed. The food was either over cooked or undercooked due to the lack of care the employees had for their jobs. Me and my wife were standing across the counter for full minutes before an employee even approached and took our order. Speaking of employees all of them...

My sister ordered a delivery tonight to Poole hospital and payed through uber eats, they refused to give it to my dad as my sister was getting tests done and the block made my dad pay a extra £20 for the order. We did not get a refund and only got the food becayse we had to pay for again even though we paid for it previously....
