Brought it into store and Chris in the workshop did a great job - replacing the bolt and giving me a spare. Trolley back in working order in no time. Super friendly helpful staff. Great service. Even bigger fan of decathlon than I already was!”

“Ordered a fanatic 10,6ft Composite fly board and had a small minor nightmare but all the while H20 kept me well informed and up to date.Board was damaged on route from supplier to H20 but new one sourced and arranged quickly and the guys were good enough to throw in a bag and some rail tape for the trouble. You don't tend to get that kind of personal level with customer services anymore.This was my second board from H20, and while Fanatic seem to be slow in getting these boards out of the factory, H20 went above and beyond yet again ?? Bravo”

“I'm giving 5 stars even though there was a slight issue with the order. I ordered a pair of boot bananas just before Christmas and waited a couple of weeks. After then I followed up with a phone call. They must have got lost in the post or overlooked due to the Christmas rush but another pair were sent out first class and arrived within a couple of days. Friendly service and a wonderful almost magical product!!”
