I had an excellent experience at Specsavers in Poole. From the start, the team were welcoming and professional, and I especially want to highlight Mark, whose knowledge and calm approach made the whole process very reassuring.
This was my first visit to Specsavers, and I was genuinely impressed by how quick, easy, and efficient the service was. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choices, and I couldn?t be more pleased with my new glasses.
I?ll definitely be returning?thank you for the top-class service!

Been a Specsavers customer for over 30 years and today was literally spoken to like dirt by a member of staff there, absolutely the most rude patronising person I have ever met! Will definitely not be using them again!

I popped into this Poole store today to take some unwanted specs and to tighten my sunglasses a little. Boththings were dealt with efficiently. I also asked if Audiology could help me to change a channel in my aids. It was done with no question, even though I didn't get my aids from them. Thank you for a 5* service all round

Excellent customer service from Zoltan, Luke and the other lovely ladies and gents I spoke to during my visit yesterday. Sorry I took up such a lot of your time but it was really appreciated. I wouldn?t go anywhere else! All for a pair of sunglasses ?, loved your humour and honest opinion Zoltan.

Absolutely outstanding service today, I have been going to the Bournemouth branch for years but no longer feel safe there so moved to Poole for my eye test. Every single member of staff was polite, happy, well informed and professional. The optician gave me a solution to a contact lense issue I had been having for years, the contact lens lady was so helpful and booked me in for a consultation to change lenses, the lovely man from Sennybridge who fitted my new frames was the cherry on the top - I have never had someone properly fit glasses like it, so thorough, great advice and recommendations, as what I had previously was not what I really needed. Well done Poole superb.

The shop was having a refurb but the staff seemed to cope well with disruption. Struggling to read the small stuff a bit with the glasses but that's just me I expect.
