Slightly rude , unhelpful and unprofessional staff !Both in post office and spar counter refused to help me with a PayPoint saying that they?ve never had the service that I needed done ?Tried One Stop by Melbury Ave and they helped straight away

Good for parking but they've never got any sandwiches and service is slow especially when I go in before work. I'm in a hurry and need to get in & out quickly but it's always slow service. You would think at 6.30am, I would be in and out but the lady chats and can see there's a queue!! The shop floor is always a mess too!

Gone downhill since it was a co-op. Never any sandwiches, always a queue, mess everywhere, poorly stocked promos. Customer service is shocking, except when Sian is on the till. There's a rather small young lady that appears to be foreign and she never says a word. Never get asked if I want a bag, or if there's anything else or even if I want a receipt. If you can't speak, perhaps customer service is not the place! Also noticed that prices are often wrong, and the meal deals don't always register on the till. Poor management.

Been going here quite a bit recently, particularly with the ongoing roadworks around Wallisdown. Recommend for parking, reasonable selection of groceries, chilled, toiletries etc., obviously may not as cheap as nearby bigger supermarkets but much more convenient to pop into without getting stuck in traffic. Plus there's a small Post Office inside too.
