The staff here are absolutely miserable, they make you feel like you are an inconvenience. You?re lucky if they even look up let alone smile or talk to you. I once even over heard them making fun of another customer mocking them behind their back. Just an overall really unwelcoming place to go.

I had a very similar experience on the 6th of August at around 22:30. When I politely asked why the staff member was being rude, she refused to serve me altogether. I was left shocked and completely dismissed as a customer.
It genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience just for turning up. Judging by other reviews, this isn?t an isolated incident and seems to be a recurring issue, particularly during night shifts. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the CCTV footage from the time stated, as no customer should be treated this way.

Shell petrol station Darbys corner in Poole is closed? Nothing on line to say why. Also shell petrol station on safety road holesbay Poole is no longer a shell petrol station. It is now an esso. It has been bought out by four Indian brothers who are pushing all the original staff out to employ their own. Someone should look into this.

Unfortunately, on the 19th of June I have experienced most disgraceful customer service from the lady who works night shifts. She shouted at me for no reason. I was so confused, I told her that she is very unpleasant to deal with and I drove off to get the petrol somewhere else. I appreciate that people may have a bad day, however I aready experiences the same situation in January. I read all reviews, some from two years ago, and looks like nothing being done. I feel sorry for the rest of the Team as they have to deal with this lady every day. I hope that managenent will take appropriate actions. This happened 19th of June sometime between:45am-4:53am, check your cameras.

Its a petrol station, not much to say really, usually competitively priced, clean and tidy. The shop is usually well stocked with snacks and drinks, theres a public toilet which is usually clean.

My son has just tried to purchase fuel and crisp to be met by the rudes person ever 'SHEILA' refused to serve him because she never misses a face???
Apparently she was so angry for no reason she was dribbling and spitting from her mouth.
My son has been driving for 1 month and never been there before tonight.
Looking at past reviews there are a LOT of bad reviews about this lady, why has nothing been done about it???
She should not be in a customer facing role with her awful customer service.
