Did not show on booked date. I had oaid extra for a Sunday delivery. Waited in and alerted neighbours! Nothing.PO sent txt msg next day saying they had been 3 times and could not get access!!! LIES!Txt said parcel would be delivered next working day (Monday). Nothing delivered, no txt msg.Parcel arrived on Tuesday with excuse that the flat number was illegible.This is a retirement Estate, everyone knows everyone .. ringing the access bell would have gained access .. and the number of my flat!!

Took a parcel to the office to be returned . Was told I had to go to Bournemouth as there management won't allow them to have a QR code reader there. I had a choice of Carriers I could of used but opted to support royalmail never again . Poor service next time I'll op for someone else that is local to the poole area.

My covid test look to be there from 29. 11.2021...from 19:40 ?I post my covid test early în the morning. At 7 am .Now I last my fly because I haven t receive the result.Very good service.?I can t thank you enough. ?ALL THIS SITUATION CREATED IS NOT NICE....

The Dorset Mail Centre is open to the public during normal working hours for posting packages and letters. Dropping your item off here speeds up the delivery.

Recorded delivery never turned up says was delivered turns up opened over a week latter all my mail was opened took my tracker information to office told manager would ring me week latter still waiting..So l thought give them another chance go special delivery pay the earth for a next day delivery by 1 pm tracking says on route.still waiting 7 days latter complain there answer it's not lost till after 10 days. What a good service gone down hill. My postman can't even speak proper English how can l ever trust them again . Good thing as compensation lm told l will get my postage back.

Posted a COVID antibody test kit at the priority collection post box in Adastral Road, mid morning on Sunday 26th September. Collection at this post box is 16.00 hrs on Sunday.The package did not arrive at the Mail Centre in Poole until 14.30 on Monday 27th.(took over 24 hours to travel 2 miles)The next update on the tracking system was on Wednesday morning 29th September to say that the package had been received at the Jubilee Mail Centre that morning.(London)It looks like the package will not arrive at the Laboratory now until Thursday 30th September. By the time the samples will no longer be viable for analysis.I?ve no doubt that Royal Mail will blame the severe delay on either Covid or fuel issues.

Would always trust my parcels etc over any other mail provider as they go the extra mile when it comes to quality of service and price.

Good location that is easy to access. Lots of on site parking. Friendly staff who I find to go above and beyond. Couldn't find anything wrong with this site.
