Service is horrific, 90% of the people that work in the office are very nasty. Theres been times where ive had emails to go pay customs charges but received no card. The first time i nice guy got me through easily but on a second occasion this woman was giving me dirty looks before i even spoke to her and she was a hassle at that, was told id get a card today or tomorrow if i missed a delivery, i got it two weeks later AFTER i paid the charges. Currently had a parcel out for delivery the past few days and i cant even call it me missing a delivery because they havent even been to my house

They did not knock the door and delayed my engagement ring which came as special delivery, it is so hopeless situation what is the point of leaving a note and not care to knock? What is the whole point of special delivery when it would be taken back from your doorstep like a scam and you are sitting feet away from main door totally unaware someone delivering decide not to deliver that day.How is this not monitored, no one is checking how the system is failing?

Tried to call on the number from the website,after half an hour waiting ended up at a call centre. Was advised that delivery office does not take calls. Also advised that the opening hours are 8 till 10am only, so the website is totally misleading. I started to discuss my problem and the person taking the call hung up. Absolute shambles. Would give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time with these people.

This says their opening times are up to 8 pm but it is wrong, they are only open 8 to 10am, I wasted my time cycling up there on a cold day. It says updated 2 weeks ago

Had 2 parcels not delivered as was out. On second attempt notice left on door requesting to leave in a safe place in take to neighbour. Our Ring security saw postman look at safe place and saw neighbour in her driveway getting something out of her car. Still the postman took parcel away without speaking to neighbour. Waste of time leaving a notice with instructions if they don't do as asked. Work now messed up as have to try and collect in 2 hour slot. Would give 0 rating if allowed. RM IS A JOKE.

Really not using RM now really need a special delivery guaranteed letter from solicitor redelivery as not in yesterday waited all day nearly it?s 4pm now and nothing as yet. The time for a person working Mon to Fri 9-5 only being able to collect 8-10 three days, can?t do 8am due to all the schools between my house to site and no chance of getting to work for 9.Queues Saturday which isn?t surprising.In my case I can send to work as same postcode BH17 but on three occasions of doing this all three times the parcels have gone missing, one was redelivered but a week later it reappeared.Really unmanageable for all working people.

Absolutely pathetic times to be open when many people have school runs/work let alone disabled people trying to get their deliveries because the incompetence of some RM staff ignore your message to leave your parcel in a safe space, because they're too lazy to bother. Clearly don't give a s*!t about people do ya ? ? beyond a joke of a "service"

Appalling service! Why isn't my postman delivering my post anymore? I told you where to leave my parcel and you ignored it.. should have been delivered Saturday and then redelivered Monday.. and then Tuesday (today) nothing so rang up and said I would collect to find the worst opening times possible.. noone told me on the phone they had changed though.. thanks for that! Being disabled this really isn't what I need.

Twice I've been home this week and the delivery driver hasn't knocked or rung my door bell. They just left a delivery notice in my door??Today I even had a work man who was outside with my side gate open but no they didn't even call out. My front drive had a number of cars on it so clearly someone was home.I have a dog that barks when the door is knocked or bell rang but he didn't even stir. I appreciate they have lots of parcels to deliver but my time is precious too and the opening hours of the collect depot is rediculous especially when you work both week days and weekends.

Open for 2 hours 4 times a week? Massively inconvenient for almost everyone, I roll my eyes everytime I order something online that?s meant to be delivered by Royal Mail, won?t arrive on time and just ends up back here
