I wanted to buy one box of painkillers this morning so I waited by the till to be told I had to queue behind people who were waiting for prescriptions. One member of staff was filling shelves. I have decided that small chemists are not the place to buy products I'm not sure why they bother selling them.

I use this pharmacy regularly, and the staff are always helpful kind and service with a smile. They try and do their best, and don't have it easy with how many people now live in Upton.

The staff work so hard and really try to accommodate. It isn't their fault when drugs are not available. They also give really good advice, Keith in particular is brilliant!

wasn't aware staff shouting about your condition and business is a standard in a pharmacy.. went there earlier to speak to the pharmacist and said I spoke to someone earlier about "my condition" and suddenly the whole back was a soundscape as they tried to work out who was on the phone with me after shouting about it all for a while. it gets worse whilst speaking to the pharmacist, I may not be a medical professional however i don't enjoy being belittled while i am trying to seek help

Be cautious of this place. Without my permission they looked up my home address from their records and sent me a threatening letter for absolutely no reason. I still to this day have no idea what spurred them to do this, even when I asked, they refuse to give me a reason why they threatened me.Now suddenly all the reviews are 5 star across the board despite the fact it's considered the worst pharmacy in the entirety of Poole. Something is off about the management of Rowlands so please exercise caution.

Be careful of the recent reviews, If this pharmacy has changed hands in the last six months then well done it has changed for the better, prior to that it was the worst pharmacy in Poole, it was so bad google stopped taking reviews on it, now all the recent reviews are all good???

Always very friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have a pharmacy like this considering the stress and pressure that they must be under at the moment.
