Generally, a long wait even when picking up a pre-filled prescription. Pointless phoning them as no one bothers to pick up the phone.

Poor - Had a prescription sent through in the AM, attended in the evening and they didn't have it said come back tomorrow. Partner goes for me and they say Monday. Thankfully she has a backbone, and magically they had it. Feels like a bad joke.

They try and move as fast of possible. They try and say that they can't give you something when it used be an over the counter item.

Terrible service. Pharmacist is so rude. The pharmacy is completely disorganised. Not bothered about solutions of customer care, only passing the buck to GP and/or medication suppliers. Awful!

Poor. Opening hours clearly stated however staff informed me that they couldn?t open as the pharmacist was late.Twenty minute wait outside until the pharmacist arrived.Nice to see that people take their jobs seriously.Let?s hope his dispensing accuracy is better than his time keeping.

The staff is really polite and helpful. My only issue is when something gets Automated sent over they take forever to look on computer. I sent email to gp the gp sent it to This pharmacy the next day i then left it about 4-5 days to collect items they hadn't look at it and left it very last minute to say we have to get delivered. I them had to take the Prescription and find myself. And believe me i travelled around poole and in the end went to Bournemouth just to get what i Desperately needed. They need more staff one to be on computer and check moreIt's not good enough and the Customer health is at risk.

No stock of even basic prescribed painkillers. Need 4 day notice for prescriptions...when I enquired its because all scripts are made up at a hub in Portsmouth! Ran out of meds even though I gave enough notice. Not good enough.
