The tall greasy haired muppet behind counter had no idea what he was doing. Rude and gormless, claiming prescription hadn't been put in for 3 months, which repeats are done every month. God only knows how he works with customer service as terrible as his!

Just been refused for trying to purchase diorahydrate that the GP just told me to buy for my son in the exact same building aswell, told me I need to go to the receptionist and get the doctor out to do me a prescription when it?s an over the counter medication, told me to go to boots (thought I need prescription now?) then said my son was too young, he is 3, packaging states age 1 and up? receptionist give advice that I already knew, none of what the pharmacist said was true and told me I should try another pharmacy because apparently this one can be this way, there is a National shortage of this product and he would have had my 3 year old suffer longer from dehydration, he obviously needs reviewing , I went to the next pharmacy down the road, also rowlands who were helpful and said yes Ofcourse this is the product I need and is absolutely fine for me to purchase and give to my son

Covid instructions clear.Will text when your repeat prescription is ready.Only downside which isn't their problem as only a small pharmacy attached to doctors, that is you have to wait if queuing outside, if its raining.....

My 91 year old mum who is not mobile and looks after my 90 year old Dad was getting concerned her life maintaining meds hadnt been delivered yet this week but left it as she knew they must be under pressure. But she couldnt get through to the pharmacy itself as they are reduced in staff (self isolations) and so busy.The pharmacist delivered her meds himself on his way home last night. After a really long day, 2 hours after they close...she rang me in tears amazed at their kindness. Thank you....?
