I went to see Jannah last week to have my ears cleared of wax. She was gentle, patient, and very professional. Considering this wasn't my favorite pastime, she did a great job and I can now thankfully hear again, so thank you. I would definitely recommend her.

Wow this is officially the worst pharmacy on the planet. I spent all day Friday speaking to various people asking if my meds were in. Apathy reigned and on the sixth time of speaking was told to ring after 10.30 today. I have spent an hour trying, engaged or ignoring the phone. I appreciate you are busy but answer your phone it's important. Still trying but they close at 12. My meds run out today but they aren't bothered. ?

Staff is very polite and helpful but the process has changed and it's ridiculous and unacceptable. By default the queue is forming in to 2 lines; waited in one on the left, to be told 35 min later that that line is for already seen customers waiting for collection. No sign, nothing. Went to wait in the other queue and 20 min later the chemist told me that the prescription is not ready, and to come back in 2 days because this is the process. Alowannce to prepare tge drugs - 2 days. What kind of stoneages process is that? Very disappointing experience especially while unwell. If I knew that, I would of asked for the prescription to be sent elsewhere. I thought that Asda pharmacy is bad, but this is worse.

A lot of positive changes recently. Since the merger the wait times have been a lot lower and I have got my prescriptions a lot quicker. Happy with the service provided.

Not sure what has changed recently feel it maybe the brunette hair young lady as she is always so polite and happy but the service has really improved and since the merge waiting times have reduced I am a lot happier with the service

I?ve just been straight in and out for my prescription, which is great but unusual. It is painfully clear how hard working and put upon the staff are, but you are customer facing, so smile and pretend to be happy to help! Management stop replying to these reviews with a stock answer and tell your customers (and staff) what improvements you have planned. You will lose the staff you have and then you?ll be in an even bigger mess.

My prescription should have been ready Friday, it wasn't, told to come back the following day after 12, arrived 12.15, closed,Saturday. Bank Holiday online said open, another trip from Parkstone to Poole, closed, will try again tomorrow, 5 days no pills all because of bad organisation.

The decision to close and merge with the other Rowlands was very strange and I understand text notifications stopped because that data was not ported over (This was added back for me thank you)However none of that relates to the staff. Queues yes, parking limited, phone ringing constantly, but they clearly are busting a gut to help everyone as quickly as the seemingly limited staff will allow. Behind the scenes I know they go the extra mile to fulfil my prescription, especially in the face of U.K. wide shortages.I?m not sure when it became acceptable for someone who smelled of urine and dog food to shout loudly at the pharmacist that they were a ?useless aunt? before effing and jeffing and stomping out, but it?s not going to help anyone. Buy yourself some soap perhaps while you wait quietly like the rest of us? I waited 15 minutes today to have my question comprehensively answered. I?d say that?s acceptable.

Whilst some of the staff are doing their utmost, because of the closure of a local branch, there are ridiculously long queue times. Having to put aside up to an hour for collecting your prescription is bad enough, but having a staff member not bother apologising and giving attitude is not acceptable. They need to sort it out, lots of disgruntled customers and I, for one, will not go back there.

Spent 3 lunch breaks queuing to get my child?s prescription but it always takes more than the 30 minutes I get.Since the Adam?s practice merger this pharmacy has gone down hill. Time to find another one.

Worst situation, visited 2 times in a day morning 9:00 am and again at 2:20 pm, both time it's huge queue. Quite difficult to manage during working hours, possibly make open on Saturday
