The decision to close and merge with the other Rowlands was very strange and I understand text notifications stopped because that data was not ported over (This was added back for me thank you)However none of that relates to the staff. Queues yes, parking limited, phone ringing constantly, but they clearly are busting a gut to help everyone as quickly as the seemingly limited staff will allow. Behind the scenes I know they go the extra mile to fulfil my prescription, especially in the face of U.K. wide shortages.I?m not sure when it became acceptable for someone who smelled of urine and dog food to shout loudly at the pharmacist that they were a ?useless aunt? before effing and jeffing and stomping out, but it?s not going to help anyone. Buy yourself some soap perhaps while you wait quietly like the rest of us? I waited 15 minutes today to have my question comprehensively answered. I?d say that?s acceptable.

Whilst some of the staff are doing their utmost, because of the closure of a local branch, there are ridiculously long queue times. Having to put aside up to an hour for collecting your prescription is bad enough, but having a staff member not bother apologising and giving attitude is not acceptable. They need to sort it out, lots of disgruntled customers and I, for one, will not go back there.

Spent 3 lunch breaks queuing to get my child?s prescription but it always takes more than the 30 minutes I get.Since the Adam?s practice merger this pharmacy has gone down hill. Time to find another one.

Worst situation, visited 2 times in a day morning 9:00 am and again at 2:20 pm, both time it's huge queue. Quite difficult to manage during working hours, possibly make open on Saturday

The pharmacy cannot cope with the volume of patients! There is always a queue and at least a 40 minutes.

Unacceptable delays. Had to make an urgent request from my dad's GP as routine request 10 days previously had not been actioned. Waited for an hour, 3 days later to find that it still wasn't ready. What has happened to the staff from the Longfeet road branch ? Also there seems to be significant supply problems, a lot of people were leaving empty handed. Staff are clearly doing their best but dealing with a stream of unhappy customers. I don't understand why a pharmacy which was functioning well previously is now struggling to fulfill it's responsibilities.

Counted 18 people in the queue so decided to go back the following day, was much better, only 15 people queuing this time. 40 minutes later it was my turn to be served. I was informed that my monthly prescription was not fully completed and to come back tomorrow.Bye Bye Rowlands

Has always been a nice handy pharmacy, but since they have taken over the Rowlands from the Adam's Practice it's been chaos. The staff are working so hard under huge pressure, but it's clear that the systems and processes are not up to it. Rowlands/Numark have to sort this out before all of the staff leave through burnout.This last week.Came in on Tuesday, waited 25 minutes - it's not ready.Came in on Weds, waited 20 minutes - it's not readyGot a text on Thursday eve saying it's readyCame in on Friday, waited 35 minutes - was told they ordered the wrong thing so it's not readyCame in on Saturday, waited 40 minutes - some of it's ready. Was told it's best not to come in on a Saturday.Came in on Monday, saw the queue was even longer than it was on Saturday, so left.This is currently the norm. I'm going to move pharmacies for the time being and will happily return and change rating when Rowlands/Numark sort this mess.

Sorry to say that for the last couple of weeks the service here has been terrible. SMS notifications that meds are ready have stopped. Extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone - have tried 6 or 7 times before someone picks up! Queues at the Pharmacy are long - almost an hour for a simple collection of meds I know are ready. Absolute chaos for the staff trying to find anything - looking in multiple locations , checking boxes on the floor, looking on the pc for clues to where the meds might be.This is obviously not good for customers - you will lose business. It is also awful for the staff having to work in such conditions.
