I was shopping in the Poole High Street store a couple days ago. The customer service was good but with only one store worker we had to wait while he helped out other customers between the selves. We saw a seemingly good deal of Triple Glass Drinks Dispenser. We bought it thinking the company always use to sell good quality products. Upon unpacking the product at home we noticed the support rack is twisted so the whole thing is unstable at least when it is empty. The lid's sealing instead of elastic rubber or similar material, made of plastic what already had deformed. The supposedly metal tap is made of fragile plastic. The tap sealing ring hasn't been placed into the glass and it required a bit of tinkering to get it to the right position. After all of this issues I decided to read the only paper provided with the product to found out which company is making such a bad quality products in the UK. To my surprise I found out from the very last line of writing this was made in China. I was very disappointed to see how low quality products from abroad sneaked into our beloved stores quietly. Nothing has indicated on the packaging the product's origin. I am concerned to buy anything there in the future. If I do I will make sure to thoroughly check the item I planning to buy.

We visited Poole on the 19th of April and visited your shop or a pie maker .
You didn't have one in stock your assistant 23892 said it needed to be ordered and delivered to our home address my wife was given a receipt for her purchase 0000606602000138698 trans number 101779 time on receipt 12.24 she was not given an order number just told it would be delivered in a few days .as you can see it is now the 20th of may and after several calls to the help line still no pie maker she would be grateful if you coul sort this out from your end.

just on the phone to the store I am interested in buying 3 x dreamland electric throws at £74 each online I can buy at JL but more expensive there at the minute they did have them at the same price JL so good if you have to return anything so just wanting to check if I can return them there to the Poole store if any problem but could not get through to check

Went in and was greeted by a VERY RUDE woman who told me i couldn?t touch anything in the shop?!?!!!! Then everywhere that i went in the shop, she said i couldn?t be there as i was under 18!! Then when i asked her about a prop she ignored me at first but then when she answered, she was incredibly rude and acted like i was a burden. Wont be going here anytime soon!!!

Its a shame Google dont give the option of ZERO stars, wanted to exchange a faulty item and the Manager `Jumal`Adean? wanted me to pay for the replacement item to be ordered, when i refused and questioned his managerial skills he proceeded to tell me to `F-Off` in the middle of the store in front of other customers and another rather embarrassed member of staff

I needed to use your store yesterday to drop a DHL parcel off, there was confusion with my bar codes but Jumel went above and beyond to help me out. He did everything he said he would do, no empty promises. I?m so impressed with that young man he?s a credit to your store and company. Although I wasn?t spending money today I know now where to go to guarantee good customer service. Excellent. Thank you!

Always very polite and helpful in store. All staff knowledgeable about products sold and prices are very competitive.
