Im a massive fan of River Island especially the bags but one bag i bought 7 months ago has broken glued it up with superglue but after using it again 1 time it broke so i cant do it up Spoke with the Manager and hopeless cant get a refund even without my receipt Its well faulty Had an issue like this with a primark bag no receipt and got a refund Hmm

Coulourful selection of clothes well made and reasonable prices, staff not so customer friendly they would rather chat amounst themselves at the till than do the job they should be doing , but I would still recommend a visit to this place.

Great clothes but some times a bit pricey. The staff in this particular shop are always helpful and have a smile on their faces.I can?t fault the management I took a pair of jeans back which were over 2months old because the pocket tore and they were more than happy to replace!Will always use this store!

Variable chain store brand - a large part of the store is now devoted to kids wear so ladies wear is crammed into a smaller space. Sometimes you can find really nice coordinate in here but they're pricey
